Demographics
Guests from four to five continents fill the ballroom at the Andrew Seybold Wireless Dinner each year. Attended by 300 of the Who’s Who from more than 125 companies in the global wireless industry, guests of the 2009 Wireless Dinner were 34% C-Level Executives, 22% VP-Level Executives, 33% Directors and Managers, and 11% Others made up mostly of Analysts and Press.
Sponsorship Levels
Tier 1—Established Companies
As a Tier 1 sponsor, you will be recognized as an Official Sponsor of the 21st Annual Andrew Seybold Wireless Dinner and will receive eleven exclusive invitations, which includes one reserved table of ten and one seat at a Head Table.
Promotional Material and Publicity
Your company will be recognized in all promotional materials and included in all publicity with company logo placement as follows:
- Andrew Seybold Wireless Dinner invitation
- Andrew Seybold Wireless Dinner event registration website
- Company recognition on Andrew Seybold, Inc. (ASI) website
- Recognition in appropriate public relations materials and ASI press releases
- Recognition as a Sponsor with hyperlink logo placement on ASI website
- Acknowledgement in Andrew Seybold’s COMMENTARY e-newsletter and TELL IT LIKE IT IS blog
Signage and Branding
- On-stage Sponsor acknowledgement with 2-3 minute guest Welcome presented by Sponsor Company representative
- Sponsor recognition in a video loop presentation during Cocktail Reception and Dinner
- Company logo on all signage at the Andrew Seybold Wireless Dinner
- Company logo on Dinner program
Tier 2—Emerging Companies
As a Tier 2 sponsor, you will be recognized as an Official Sponsor of the 21st Annual Andrew Seybold Wireless Dinner and will receive six exclusive invitations. Promotion will be similar to Tier 1 sponsorships except Tier 2 companies will be presented as a group rather than individually, e.g., all Tier 2 logos will be displayed as a grouping after Tier 1 sponsors, which will be listed individually.
To qualify as a Tier 2 company, you must have been in business less than 5 years and be privately held.
